THE COACH
Most people get hurt or get stuck for the same reason: they add load and intensity to movement that was never sound to begin with. I coach the other way round. We find what your body actually does, fix what's holding it back, and build strength and skill on top of that.
That comes from two places. One is the ring — I fought professionally in Europe and in Thailand, so the striking I teach is the real thing, taught in progressions rather than thrown at you. The other is the science: a kinesiology diploma and NASM corrective exercise training, which is what lets me coach a 50-year-old protecting her joints and a fighter in camp with the same care.
The name is what Muay Thai calls itself — two fists, two elbows, two knees, two shins. It's also how I coach: the whole system trained, nothing skipped. Sessions run in Vancouver one to one, or online with programming and video review if you're elsewhere.
WHAT I COACH
Stance, footwork, the full eight-limb arsenal, pads and clinch — taught as a skill you build, with conditioning that supports it. No experience needed, and no pressure to ever step in a ring.
Barbell and dumbbell work built around your goals and your week — sets, reps, tempo and effort prescribed properly and progressed, instead of guessed at.
Assessment-led work on hips, shoulders and spine for people who are stiff, sore, or coming back from something. This is the NASM-CES side of what I do, and it's often where the fastest wins are.
Running and strength stations trained the way the race actually demands — compromised running, sled work, pacing. I've raced it myself, one-to-one prep or small group.
Programming built for your equipment and schedule, video review on your lifts and technique, and check-ins that keep it honest. For people who train alone but don't want to guess.

CLIENTS
I started training with him five years ago after an injury, for recovery. He has strengthened the area I'd always ignored. We've trained 1–3 times a week for five years and have never been stronger or more injury-free in our lives.
He puts real thought into building a plan tailored to your specific goals rather than running everyone through the same routine. Every so often he'll run fitness tests to track progress, which keeps you accountable.
He's incredibly knowledgeable, always focused on proper technique, and tailors workouts to where you're at while still pushing you to improve. I've gotten so much stronger over the years.
He has the judgment to know when to push hard and when to ease off — a distinction that elevates great training above simply training hard.
